Returns
- Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

- All custom-made or personalized items
- Some personal care items
- Digital products
- Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at leshnafashions@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the provided return address.
- Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or store credit.

- Incorrect Items:
- If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Refunds
Refund Eligibility:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 Days.
Partial Refunds:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at leshnafashions@gmail.com and send your item to: [Return Address].
